About the GHC

A boost for International Geneva

The Global Health Campus was created as a new space for international organizations, as part of Canton Geneva’s Jardin des Nations project, which aimed to support and expand International Geneva. For the first time, the GHC brought global health partners together in one place, close to the World Health Organization (WHO). 

Construction of the building was completed in 2018.

The GHC is designed to foster innovation and knowledge sharing, with 50% of its space dedicated to collaborative tasks.

A central core structures the three wings, ensuring both fluidity and privacy. The building’s strength is underpinned by reinforced concrete.

The campus is enriched by a public promenade and a biodiversity-rich park, enhancing its surroundings.

Environment & Sustainability

The GHC is Minergie certified – as it adheres to the highest Swiss standards for comfort, efficiency and value preservation. Minergie certification requires low energy consumption and maximal use of renewable energies.
